There are many people who often complain about the world around them. They feel that they can change the world and make it a better place, hopefully. What I’ve learnt is that very often, to change the world, one must definitely start with the person in the mirror. As Leo Tolstoy mentioned, one often thinks of changing the world, but refuses to change themselves.
To begin the process of changing the world and yourself, start by taking action. You could start small from making your bed the first thing in the morning, or doing 10 jumping jacks after you get out of bed, to start the day with positivity. Through that, you can also learn the power of habits, and how to form habits that will lead to possible change for yourself in the future.
To end off, I was actually inspired by this quote to write this article…
Action may not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action.
-Benjamin Disraeli
